Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

From Chef Bonnie Mair of the Hub Cafe in Heber City, Utah

3 ½ cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons nutmeg
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon cloves
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup orange juice
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups of canned pumpkin
1 ½ cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven at 350. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pans sprayed with pam spray. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Pour out of pans and cool on cooling rack.
