Cheesy Potatoes

32 oz of Hashbrowns
1 can of cream of onion soup
16 oz sour cream
1/2 cup of milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Place the hashbrowns in a greased 9 x 13 pan, mix teh remaining ingredients togetether and pour over the hashbrowns. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
