Chicken Salad

• 2 cups chicken, cooked off and shredded or chunked
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons WHITE vinegar
• some chopped red onion
• a little bit of salt & pepper
• bread or roll of your choice

~ optional ~

• bacon, crumbled up
• cherry tomatoes, cut in half
• cheddar cheese, chunked up

Mix ingredients together. Chill for several hours. Spread chicken mixture on bread with a lettuce leaf or two.
