Bacon and Tomato Sauce/Dip

1 pound bacon
2 cups sour cream
2 cups mayonnaise
3 large tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Fry bacon and drain completely. Once cool, break into fine pieces. Dice tomatoes into small cubes. Place all ingredients in medium bowl and mix together with a fork/spoon (NO mixers).

For sauces: Spoon over tacos, burritos or other favorite dishes.
(This is great with pasta!)

For dip: Place in a serving bowl and surround with favorite chips or crackers
