Tomato Pie

Frozen pie crust
3 tomatoes
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar

Preheat oven to 350*. Bake pie crust for about 5 minutes and remove from oven. Slice tomatoes thinly and drain on paper towels. Put tomatoes in pie crust. In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix very well and spread over tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
