Our family stuffing

roll of sausage (the flavor you prefer)
chicken rice soup
chicken broth
poultry seasoning
unseasoned stuffing bread

Brown sausage,onion,celery, sprinkling with poultry seasoning. Let cool. You can use toasted bread cut up and dried or already packaged unseasoned stuffing. Add in bowl sausage mix, bread, egg, can of chicken rice soup,add enough chicken broth to your moistness you prefer. Do not add salt, because you have enough in the sausage and soup. You can add some pepper. Then just bake at 350 about 45 mins. until browned. You can add your juice from the turkey during baking time if you want it moist.
