Italian Crockpot Chicken

½ boneless skinless chicken breast per person

8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing
1 can cream of chicken soup
¼ c. water

Put the chicken into the crockpot. Mix all the other ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour it over the chicken. Cook on low for 8 hours.

  1. i added a 1 pound bag of frozen mixed veggies to this to blance out the cream cheese and used about 2/3 of the cc brick.
