Potato Salad

Hard boil 4 eggs as you boil 6 lg potatoes. When the skins split, test with a fork for doneness. Peel the potatoes, and cut them into bite size pieces and cool.

Mix 2 Tbsp cider vinegar, 1/2 - 1 C Hellman's Real Mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp sugar, a small well chopped onion, 2 stalks of well chopped celery seed, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp mustard powder*,1/2 tsp salt.

Chop two of the eggs into the potatoes, add the cider/mayo mixture, and mix. Top with the remaining two sliced eggs, and garnish with Paprika if desired

* I substitute plain old French's Mustard for this instead.... about a Tbsp. It just gives it "color"
