Honey and Spice Chicken

MIX:
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c melted butter
1/8 c honey
2 T soy sauce
dash lemon juice
Cayenne pepper (to your taste)

POUR:
Over 5 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

BAKE:
Covered at 425 for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.

SERVE:
over cooked brown rice
