Hummingbird Cake

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cups chopped walnuts
1 cup crushed pineapple, un-drained (8 ounce can)
3 eggs
1-¼ cup vegetable oil
2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 5)
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cups chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350F
Grease 2 loaf pans
In a medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
In a large bowl , beat together remaining ingredients until just combined.
Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until combined.
Divide between prepared pans.
Bake for 60 - 70 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
