Ham Noodle Dinner

2 1/2 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 celery rib, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 TBLS canola oil
2 cups of cubed fully cooked ham
1 can of cream of mushroom soup undiluted
1 10 oz package frozen peas thawed
1 cup 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp ground mustard
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain. Meanwhile, in a large
skillet, saute celery and onion in oil until tender. Stir in noodles and
remaining ingredients.
Transfer to a greased 2 qt baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 50-60
minutes or until heated through.
