Ingredients
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon clove
3 cups apples, peeled and chopped
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts
Directions
1 Grease & flour 2 (9") round pans.
2 In a large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat first 10 ingredients for 2 minutes.
3 Stir in apples, raisins& nuts by hand.
4 It will be very stiff.
5 Pour into pans.
6 Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
7 Let cool
8 Frost with cream cheese frosting.
