3 eggsby: bewitched
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup water
½ cup cider vinegar
½ lb bacon, cut small (I use 1 lb)
2 tablespoons flour
Beat eggs – stir in sugar, water and vinegar. Fry bacon until crisp, stir in flour, cook until bubbly. Stir in egg mixture. Cook and stir until thickened. Pour over potatoes or lettuce.
