Cut the stem end off of the pepper.
Carefully remove the seeds from inside.
Wash and dry them with a paper towel.
Stuff the peppers with cream cheese.
Wrap a piece of bacon around each pepper.
Place them on a cookie sheet and bake for
about 20 min. at 350, or until the bacon
is crispy.
